Delivery Information

Shipping is FREE on this product in the UK.
The product will be delivered on a pallet to your kerb UNASSEMBLED.
The courier is not responsible for disposing of the pallet and packaging materials.
If the product you've ordered is in stock you can expect delivery within 7-10 days.
If the product is on backorder then you can expect delivery in 2-3 weeks.
Either way The Fireplace Company or the courier company will be in touch before delivery.
We do offer a white glove delivery service to customers within a 25 miles radius of The Fireplace Company, whereby we come to your property and assemble your product for you and dispose of the pallet and packaging materials.
Because we only offer this service to properties in close proximity, we can't offer this as an add-on when you purchase this product.
Please contact us for more information or to add our white glove assembly service to your order.
If you have ordered a Big Green Egg and decide to order a Metal Nest with Handler or Royal Mahogany Base to go with it, then you can pay an additional £40 and have your Egg delivered pre-assembled! If you decide to assemble your Egg yourself then please use the videos and pdfs on the Big Green Egg website.
If you'd like to take advantage of pre-assembly then please contact us after you've placed your order to pay the addition £40.
