Such is the cooking temperature, each pizza takes on average 90 seconds to cook and is ready to use in 20 minutes.As with the other pizza ovens in this range - this does much more than cook just pizza's. It's as comfortable making bread as it is roasting or grilling meats. The oven floor is made of refractory tiles which together with the stainless steel dome and ceramic fibre insulation help retain the heat.
