Ofyr is the new kid on the block and is turning heads.
You may have come across this innovative outdoor cooking solution if you watched Sunday Brunch on Channel 4 last month – Jimmy Garcia was cooking lamb lollipops on one. Their striking stand at the Chelsea Flower Show ensured they achieved extra exposure and they were splashed all over the newspapers.

Like the aforementioned Egg’s these products ooze sophistication, look stunning, are guaranteed to stop people in their tracks and most importantly of course, cook food effortlessly – and require little-to-no maintenance.
It’s recommended that you use seasoned wood to add a smokey-flavour to your cooking and generate temperatures of up to 300C – however charcoal works equally well if you’re out of wood – but don’t expect the same heat. You cook directly on the spherical scorched steel hotplate. 30 minutes after lighting the fire, simply add vegetable oil to the cooking area and you’re off.
